Do you have units available?

Not usually – Arbor Vitae runs full for most of the year, and sizes are currently on a waiting list. Joining the list is free and puts you in line when a unit opens, which most often happens at the turn of the seasons.

What sizes do you have?

Enclosed drive-up units from 10 x 10 up to 10 x 30. A 10 x 10 takes a couple of sleds or ATVs, a 10 x 20 takes most pontoons and runabouts on trailers, and a 10 x 30 handles larger boats and campers.

When can I get to my unit?

The gate is open 24 hours a day. The office is staffed 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, seven days a week if you need help.

Can I store a boat, camper or snowmobile?

Yes – that is most of what we store. Units are enclosed, which protects gelcoat, vinyl and upholstery from UV over the summer as well as from cold in the winter. See our boat and RV storage page for what fits and how to prep it.
